Fees and Services

Your Fees and Services settings on the facility level of your software give you a view of all the fees you have setup and enabled at your facility. Once enabled, a fee or service can be added to a tenant's ledger at move-in, at the point of sale, or, in some cases, automatically. You'll find your Fees and Services settings under the Billing heading from the Settings tab of the facility level of your software.



In storEDGE, a fee is a one-time charge. There are a variety of types of fees, such as late fees, administrative fees, and move-out fees. You can customize and create new fees to meet your facility's particular needs. The Fees tab of your Fees and Services settings will show you what fees you have enabled at your facility. To make adjustments to your fees, click Edit Corporate Fees.


You can read about how to set up and edit fees on our help site. The ability to edit fees is controlled by permissions.


A service is any recurring fee added onto a tenant’s unit that raises their monthly bill (i.e. electricity, vehicle tire pressure check, etc.). From the Services tab of your facility's Fees and Services settings, you can see which services are currently enabled at your facility.


To add a new service or edit existing services, click the Edit Corporate Services button, which will take you to the Corporate Software Settings. You must have the appropriate user permissions defined to access and edit Corporate Services settings.
