We added an Email Status filter to the Mail House tab of the Comms page that allows you to filter for tenants with or without an email address on file.

Storable Payments: Refund Receipt link

We added a link to the Refund Receipt for any refunded transactions on the Transactions page. If you use Storable Payments, you’ll see the link under the Transaction Amount of refunds.

Storable Payments: Export Bank Activity

We added the option to export your Bank Activity page. If you use Storable Payments, click Export in the top right corner of the page to export your Deposits or Fees data.

Tiered Pricing

We’ve created the ability for you to group units into “Good, Better, Best” categories based on attributes, making it easy to charge more for premium options and adjust pricing if a tier sells out. Once you enable Tiered Pricing, tiers will be shown in storEDGE, on your Storable Website, and your SpareFoot Marketplace listing.

What to know before you enable Tiered Pricing:

  • Yield Management will be disabled if you use Tiered Pricing. 
  • If you use a 3rd party website provider, reach out to your provider to confirm they support Tiered Pricing prior to configuring it in storEDGE software.

Storable Payments: ACH return notifications

If you use Storable Payments, your facility will now receive an email notification in the event of an ACH return. Notifications will be sent to your chargeback email address

Selecting a move-out reason

You can now select a move-out reason from the first step of the move-out process. This ensures you can collect move-out reason data, even when you’re scheduling a move-out for a future date.

Tenant profile badges

We’ve added badges to the tenant profile that will be shown if the tenant is missing information, hasn’t signed their lease, isn’t enrolled in insurance, or isn’t enrolled in Autopay. You can click on a badge to navigate to the relevant page where you can complete the missing information or enrollment. 

Online Move-ins missing from Task List

We resolved an issue that caused online move-ins to not display on your task list.

We resolved an issue that prevented software users from processing an auction move-out with excess auction proceeds that resulted in a refund.

Total Receipts calculation on the Facility Comparison Report

We resolved an issue that caused the Total Receipts on the Facility Comparison Report not to match the amount shown in Billing > Payments or the Management Summary Report.

Storable Payments: Transactions Report Improvements

We added the following data to the Transactions Report for Storable Payments customers: 

  • Credit Card and ACH total processed amounts.
  • Tenant names and Unit numbers associated with each transaction. You can view this information by expanding a transaction line item.

Respond to Chargebacks in your Storable Payments portal

If you use Storable Payments, you can now respond to chargebacks and provide supporting documentation from your Storable Payments portal. We split transactions on the Payments by Type Detail Report into multiple lines if they include a reversal and a payment in order to provide more clear data.

Automatically apply Services at move-in

You can now automatically apply Services to tenant move-ins. If you would like to enable this setting, add or edit a service in your Corporate Services Settings and check the box next to Required at move-in.
