New account code for written-off sales tax
We resolved an issue that prevented sales tax from being written off when a taxed charge is written off as bad debt. In order to ensure you can track the tax amounts that are no longer owed, we’ve created a new account code. When a taxed charge is written off going forward, storEDGE will credit “Accounts Receivable - Tax” and debit “Bad Debt Sales Tax Reduction” for the tax amount.
Credits on the Rent Roll Report
The Rent Roll previously included credits in the Prepaid column instead of the Other Due column. We have updated the report to show credits in the Other Due column of the report.

Reconciliation Report (Storable Payments)
If you're a Storable Payments customer, we’ve added a Reconciliation Report in storEDGE. It reflects the payment status from both storEDGE and Storable Payments. This report gives you a starting point to identify and investigate mismatched payments and understand whether they were truly successful or unsuccessful.
The report can be found in your Facility Level software by navigating to Billing > Reconcile.

Store Insurance document trigger
We added Store Insurance as a trigger available for document templates. When the trigger is added to a document, that document will be included for eSign when store insurance is added to a tenant's account.

Account Number column added to the General Ledger Detail Report
We added a column to the General Ledger Detail Report that shows the tenant’s account number. If there is no tenant account number (ex: a retail sale), this column will say N/A.

Updated e-sign experience
Please note: We're releasing this update to storEDGE customers in groups. We'll notify you in the storEDGE Resource Center when you've been upgraded.
We’ve made some updates to e-sign with a new signing experience. You can see the new signing experience in our article: E-sign overview.
You can view signed documents in storEDGE in the same way you’re used to. However, the last page of the signed document now includes a Signature Certificate that shows when and how the document was created and signed for auditing purposes.
Example:
Please refresh the browser window on the iPad or tablet you use to sign with storEDGE to ensure you are using the new signing experience. To do so, click the “refresh” circle button or press CONTROL/COMND+R. If e-sign isn’t updated after refreshing your browser, clear the browser data and re-pair the device with storEDGE.

Storable Payments: User permission to access the Payments Portal
We’ve created a new setting that allows you to choose whether users have access to the Storable Payments Portal. You can grant or revoke access to the Payments Portal by editing a User Role from your Corporate Settings.
Check or uncheck Access Payments Portal and click Save.
Storable Payments: Reverse a payment from the Payments Portal
You can now refund or void a payment from the Storable Payments Portal if needed. The Refund or Void button can be found by expanding a line item on the Transactions page of the portal.
Please note: Refunds and voids should typically be issued from your storEDGE software by following the instructions in our article: Reversing Payments. Refunds and voids made in the Payments Portal will not be reflected in your software until you create a manual cash or check refund to record the void/refund in storEDGE.

Future Move-Ins
We’ve created a new feature that allows you to complete the move-in process before a tenant’s desired move-in date. With Future Move-Ins, you can automatically schedule tenant move-ins and grant facility access for a future date without manual follow-up. You can now select a move-out reason from the first step of the move-out process. This ensures you can collect move-out reason data, even when you’re scheduling a move-out for a future date.
Tenant profile badges
