What do I need to know about upgrading to Storable Payments?
Upgrading to Storable Payments provides an integrated payment platform that allows you to manage payment processing related activities directly within your storEDGE software.
- Seamless Integration: Storable Payments is seamlessly embedded into the storEDGE software you already use to run your business, eliminating the need to work with or manage any third-party systems.
- Scalability and Growth Support: This upgrade is designed to support the diverse needs of all self-storage operators. Whether you are a part-time investor or manage multiple facilities, running fully staffed or remotely-managed facilities, we can deliver on features like chargeback management and comprehensive transaction reporting that help you run better businesses faster and more efficiently.
- Risk Mitigation and Financial Security: Features like identifying and blocking duplicate transactions, tokenization, and providing chargeback notifications can help protect your tenants, your revenue, and the financial security of your investments.
You’ll continue to have access to the storEDGE Payments Portal for a limited time. We’ll communicate a sunset date for the portal later this summer. You may need to use the storEDGE Payments Portal to issue refunds if your ledger doesn’t match the processed amount or to initiate pre-authorizations. Other actions will now take place in the Storable Payments area of your software.
How do I access my Storable Payments data?
You can now access your Storable Payments data by clicking the Payments icon from the menu on the left side of your screen at the Corporate level of storEDGE.
Where can I view my payment processing fees?
You’ll no longer use the Payment Processing Fees tab in storEDGE. You can now see your fees on the Bank Activity page.

Where can I view and respond to chargebacks?
You can view and respond to chargebacks from the Chargebacks page.
The chargebacks page provides real-time visibility into your chargeback activity and chargeback statuses.
Chargeback notifications
We’ll use the email address from your storEDGE Payments Portal for chargeback notifications, but we recommend checking the email we have on file for each of your locations after you upgrade to Storable Payments.To view or update the email address for the best contact to notify in case of a chargeback, click Edit Notifications from the Chargebacks page.

How do I reconcile my bank with Storable Payments?
