If you create a new version of a Delinquency Schedule, you can transfer delinquent units to the latest version by following the instructions below.
1. From your Corporate Software Settings, click Schedule Sets under Delinquency. |

3. If you want to filter out units based on their current delinquency stage, check Only transfer units up to and include this stage of the previous schedule. Then, choose the stage from the dropdown menu. Any units on a stage further along the schedule than the one selected will not be part of the transfer. 4. Click Next. |
|
5. Match stages from the previous version of the schedule to the new version if needed. If a customer has experienced a stage of the prior schedule version and that stage is mapped to a stage of the new version, the new stage will be marked as complete. No new action will be applied. This may be helpful if a stage from the old schedule version is split into multiple stages on the new schedule version. When a recurring stage is matched and marked complete during a schedule transfer, it will be complete for this billing period, regardless of when in the period it applies. If you need a recurring stage to apply to this billing period, it should be left un-matched. |
|
6. Select stages to apply if you want the stage actions to be performed. For example, you want to apply an action (send a legal notice, etc.) that has yet to occur on the previous schedule but would be skipped when transferred to the new version due to the change in timing. You can match the stage of the previous schedule where that action would take place to the stage of the new version when the action will occur.7. Click Review when you are done. |
|
8. Review the transfer and click Create Preview. |
|
9. Click Close & Redirect to Transfer Preview to view the preview.

FAQ
Can units be transferred between schedules?
No, the Corporate Delinquency Schedule Transfers feature is intended to transfer units to a newer version of their existing schedule, not to transfer units to another one.
If I complete a Schedule Transfer and maintain the days past due, will the history reflect the dates when actions occurred from the previous delinquency schedule?
No, the dates that delinquency actions took place will be shown as the date of the Schedule Transfer. This is because units transferred to the new version of the schedule exit delinquency from the old schedule and re-enter delinquency on the new version.
