Occupancy Summary Report

The Occupancy Summary Report provides details about how many units are occupied, how many move-ins have taken place, and occupancy rates for a specified date range.

You can find the report at the facility level of your software by clicking on the Reports tab and expanding the Occupancy section. Enter the date range for which you want to run the report.

Trailing day data: This report is built on trailing day data, meaning it can only be generated up to the prior day and not for the current day. Using trailing day data allows for static data and guarantees data completion and accuracy.

Click Generate Report.

Sections

  • Unit breakdown - This section shows the total number of units and the total number of units for each unit status at your facility for each month of the report range.
  • Rental Activity - This section shows the number of move-ins and move-outs at your facility for each month of the report range.
    • Begin - The number of units that were occupied at the beginning of the month.
    • End - The number of units that were occupied at the end of the month.
  • Occupancy Breakdown - This section shows the percentage of unit occupancy at your facility for each month of the report range.
  • Unit Type Breakdown - This section shows the percentage of each unit type at your facility for each month of the report range.
  • Rate Information - This section shows revenue, rent, discounts, and expected income at your facility for each month of the report range.

Export

The report can be exported as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.
