Rent Rates Report

The Rent Rates Report provides an overview of the expected and actual revenue at each of your facilities. It includes the total, occupied, and vacant unit counts at each facility as well as the average, lowest, and highest rate variation by tenant.

You can find the report at the Corporate Level of your software by clicking on the Reports tab. Expand the Financial section and select the date for which you want to run the report. Please note: This report is built on trailing day data and cannot be generated for the current day. Using static data guarantees data completion and accuracy.

If you have facility groups set up, you can choose a group for which to run the report or run the report for all facilities on your account.

Click Generate Report to run the report now or Email Report to receive a link to the report in your email.

Columns

Name - Facility name

Link - Link to facility rent rates by tenant report

TOT - Total Unit Count

#O - Occupied Unit Count

#V - Vacant Unit Count

Tier TOT - If you use Tiered Pricing, the Total Expected Revenue for Occupied Units at Tiered Rent Rate will be shown.

STD TOT - If you don’t use Tiered Pricing, the Total Expected Revenue for Occupied Units at Standard Rent Rate will be shown.

ACT TOT -  Total Actual Revenue for Occupied Units at their Assessed Rent Rate

DISC TOT - Total amount of Applied Discounts

RT VAR - Difference between Actual Revenue and Scheduled Rent: ACT TOT - DISC TOT - RATE TOT (Tier TOT or STD TOT depending on whether or not you use Tiered Pricing)

AVG VAR - Average Rate Variation by tenant

LO VAR - Lowest Rate Variation by tenant

HI VAR - Highest Rate Variation by tenant

Export data

You can export the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file and choose to export all facility reports or a company table.

  • Export All Facility Reports - This option shows a chart of each facility and the consolidated occupancy of each unit type.
  • Export Company Table - This option shows consolidated occupancy at the facility level.
