The Auction Summary report lists, by unit, the financial outcomes of auctions processed during the specified period. In order for a unit to be included in the list, it must have gone through the auction process on the Auctions tab in the Past Due section of your account. All units from the scheduled auction must be processed and the tenants moved out before any units will appear in the report.
Unit: The specific unit number that was auctioned
Status: The final outcome of the unit at auction - either "Sold" or "Not Sold"
Date Auctioned: The date the auction for the unit was completed
Account Name: The first and last name of the former tenant whose unit contents were auctioned
Buyer Name: The first and last name of the winning bidder/buyer of the unit's contents
Amount Owed: The total balance the former tenant owed to the facility at the time of the auction
Proceeds: The final sale price or total amount collected from the auction of the unit's contents
Commission: The commission fee retained by the auctioneer from the proceeds
Subtotal: Calculated as Proceeds - Commission
Tax Collected: The sales tax collected on the auction proceeds
Net: The final balance the tenant owes or is due as a refund after the sale (calculated as Amount Owed - Subtotal). A positive value indicates the bid was less than the tenant's balance and the tenant still owes you money. A negative amount indicates the bid was greater than what the tenant owes and is typically refunded to the tenant.
