The Move Ins report provides a chronological list of tenants moving into units, including same-day, backdated and, if the feature is enabled, future move-ins. Key move in details like the unit's size, rate, promotion applied (if applicable) and lead source are included in the data. Data pertaining to transfers are also included.

For same-day move-ins, the created date and activity date are the same.
For backdated move-ins, the created date is after the activity date.
For future move-ins, the created date is before the activity date.
Check In Date*: The date the manual check-in for a future move-in was completed. See the Future Move-In feature explanation for more information on the optional manual check-in process.
