Add a Facility

If you are purchasing or building a new facility and would like to add it to your software or website, please follow these instructions.

  1. Fill out our Customer Setup Form to get the process started.
    1. If you would like to clone the software settings from an existing facility, you'll have an opportunity within this form to specify that.
    2. If you would like to have Storable create your facility map in your software for $0.50/unit, you'll have an opportunity within this form to specify that.
  2. You can expect to receive a quote for the added facility within 24-48 hours from our Billing team. Once you have reviewed and signed the quote, we will send your request to our Implementation Team, who will collect any additional information that we need in order to set up your account and schedule a launch date.
  3. Your request will then be assigned to an Implementation Consultant to complete the setup process.
  4. Please reply to the email you received from our Implementation team if you have any questions throughout the process. 

Pending availability, Implementation is typically completed within 2-4 weeks after billing and settings information is received.
