Previous tenants (tenants who have moved out) are excluded from the list. Typically, it provides the version number of the electronically signed lease, but lease signing may be skipped during the move-in process.

NAME: The full name of the tenant.  

BUSINESS NAME: The name of the business renting the unit, if applicable.  

ACCOUNT NUMBER: The unique internal identifier for the tenant's account (e.g., 1000441).  

UNIT NUMBER: The specific unit the tenant occupies (e.g., 900, 602).  

ADDRESS: The tenant's primary mailing address.  

DOCUMENT NAME: The name of the document being tracked (e.g., Rental Agreement).  

VERSION: The unique identifier of the lease version on file (e.g., rental-agreement.20250223123916). The version number consists of the document title followed by the 4-digit year, 2-digit month, 2-digit date, 2-digit hour, 2-digit minute, and 2-digit second, identifying the moment the version of the document was created.
