Managing Your storEDGE Payments Portal Account and Users (Payment Processing by storEDGE)

⚠️This article is applicable to customers using Payment Processing by storEDGE to process payments.

Setting Up Your Initial storEDGE Payment Portal Account

You will create a username and password when completing your onboarding application. After submitting the onboarding application you will receive an email, sent to the business email you provided on the application, from no_reply@storable.com. Follow the steps in this email to confirm your email address in order to complete your storEDGE Payment Portal account.

Creating Additional storEDGE Payment Portal Accounts

  1. If you wish to create additional storEDGE Payment Portal users for people at your company, you’ll log in to the storEDGE Payment Portal with the username and password you created after onboarding.
  2. Click Users on the left side bar.add_users.png
  3. Click Add User.
  4. Fill in the role, username, password, full name, and email address of the user you wish to create.

Provide the information you created to the user. 

All users will be required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) for their storEDGE Payments Portal account. MFA adds an extra layer of security and verification to protect your business by dramatically reducing the chance of cybersecurity account compromise attacks.
