Edge Payments: Managing your Storable Edge Payments Portal account and users

⚠️This article is applicable to customers using Edge Payments to process payments.

Setting up your initial Storable Edge Payment Portal account

You will create a username and password when completing your onboarding application. After submitting the onboarding application you will receive an email, sent to the business email you provided on the application, from no_reply@storable.com. Follow the steps in this email to confirm your email address in order to complete your Storable Edge Payment Portal account.

Creating additional Storable Edge Payment Portal accounts

  1. If you wish to create additional Storable Edge Payment Portal users for people at your company, you’ll log in to the Storable Edge Payment Portal with the username and password you created after onboarding.
  2. Click Users on the left side bar.add_users.png
  3. Click Add User.
  4. Fill in the role, username, password, full name, and email address of the user you wish to create.

Provide the information you created to the user. 

All users will be required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) for their Storable Edge Payments Portal account. MFA adds an extra layer of security and verification to protect your business by dramatically reducing the chance of cybersecurity account compromise attacks.
