Different unit types (storage, parking, warehouse, etc.) may require different delinquency schedules to allow for unique processes regarding vacating and auctioning units and to comply with legal requirements. Your storEDGE software enables you to create multiple schedules for each facility and assign unit types to them. Follow the instructions below to create a delinquency schedule based on unit type.
1. From your Corporate Software Settings, click Schedule Sets under Delinquency. |
|
2. Schedules are organized into sets. Click the pencil icon next to the Delinquency Set you want to edit. |
|
3. Click Add Schedule to create a new schedule. |
|
4. Enter a name for the schedule and select unit types to assign to the new schedule from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Save. |
|
Once the schedule has been created, it will appear in a new tab on the Edit Schedule page, showing which unit types are assigned to the schedule. Please note: If no unit types are assigned to a non-primary schedule, the schedule won’t apply until unit types are assigned. |
Primary Delinquency Schedule
The Primary Delinquency Schedule is the default and will apply to all units that don't have an assigned Unit Type Delinquency Schedule.
Deleting Delinquency Schedules
You cannot delete the Primary Delinquency Schedule. If you delete a non-primary schedule, delinquent units will continue to follow the deleted schedule until they exit delinquency. Any new units that enter delinquency will follow the primary schedule if another schedule is not assigned to the unit type.

FAQ
Do Unit Type Delinquency and Corporate Delinquency Schedule Transfers interact?
Unit Type Delinquency and Corporate Delinquency Schedule Transfers do not interact with each other. The purpose of Corporate Delinquency Schedule Transfers is to transfer units to a newer version of their existing schedule; it is not intended to transfer units to another schedule altogether.
Can delinquent tenants be transferred to a new Unit Type Delinquency schedule?
Existing delinquent tenants cannot be moved onto new Unit Type Schedules. The Corporate Delinquency Schedule Transfer feature allows you to transfer units to new versions of the same schedule but not to a different schedule. However, new delinquent tenants who enter delinquency will use Unit Type Schedules you’ve created.
