If you use a third-party insurance provider, you can easily export relevant reports from Storable Edge to share data about insurance activity with them.

The following reports are commonly shared with Insurance providers:

• Insurance Activity - This report details insurance transactions for the selected date range. 
• Insured Tenants Roll - This report provides a detailed breakdown of paid and unpaid insurance for all tenants renting during the selected date range. It will also show tenants who have private insurance during that period. 

How do I export insurance reports?

1 .Navigate to the Reports Tab in your Edge software.

2. Expand the Insurance section of the reports page.

3. Select a data range that you want included in the report.

4. Click Generate Report to open the report in a new browser tab.

5. Click PDF, Excel, or CSV to select the file type you want to download.

6. If you select PDF, print or download the report from the top right corner of your browser window.

If you select Excel or CSV, you can choose to include tenants with facility insurance, private insurance, or all insurance. Click one of the options to download the report file automatically.

7. Send the file to your insurance provider.
