Agent Assist updates

We've added two new enhancements to Agent Assist:

Online Move-in Integration 

When customers complete a reservation with the Agent Assist chatbot, they will now be automatically directed to your Online Move-In experience to complete their move-in. 

If Online Move-Ins are not enabled in Edge, the customer will be directed to the Rental Center. Find out more about Online Move-In settings in our Help Article. 

Promo Banner 

You can now display a scrolling promotional message at the top of the Agent Assist chatbot window to highlight a promotion you’re offering and encourage customers to complete their reservations and move-ins.

Applicable fees shown under unit pricing (Oregon and Colorado facilities)

In connection with Oregon’s (SB 430) and Colorado’s (HB25-1090) new laws, which require that advertised prices include all mandatory fees that consumers will pay, we’ve added applicable fees to unit pricing on your website.

If your facility is located in Oregon or Colorado, the total of any applicable fees set in your software will be displayed under unit prices. If the customer clicks the fee total, they will see a detailed breakdown of fees that apply.
