Auto-Protect Max is your solution to managing enrollment and proof of coverage for new and existing tenants. Auto-Protect Max verifies that every tenant meets the insurance requirements specified in their lease and provides end-to-end administrative and claims support. Everything is synced with your Storable Edge software for a seamless operator experience.
How does Auto-Protect Max work?
With Standard Protect, tenants must actively choose coverage at move-in. Your facility staff will explain the options and manage proof of coverage. Enrollment in either Insurance or a Tenant Protection Plan is not automated.
Auto-Protect Max automatically enrolls new and existing tenants in your lowest-cost Tenant Protection Plan, ensuring your tenants' stored goods are protected and in compliance with the coverage requirements in your lease. They can opt out by providing proof of their own insurance.
Existing tenants
When you sign up for Auto-Protect Max, we’ll reach out to existing tenants to inform them that Storable is your new insurance or TPP partner. Tenants currently enrolled in insurance or a Tenant Protection Plan will be migrated to the new insurance plan. Tenants without existing valid coverage will need to enroll in coverage or provide proof of coverage
New tenants
New tenants will be offered store insurance at move-in. To opt out of automatic enrollment, they will need to provide proof of coverage.
