If your company allows Future Move-Ins, you can also enable it for online rentals through your Rental Renter. 

Enabling Future Move-Ins for Rental Center

First, ensure Future Move-Ins is enabled in your Corporate Tenant Settings. Those settings will apply to move-ins through the Rental Center and through your software. Then, follow the instructions below to enable Future Move-Ins for Rental Center.

1. From the Corporate level of your software, navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click on the Rental Center Settings tab.
3. Click Tenant Portal.
4. Scroll down to the Allow Future Move-ins option. Select Yes.
5. Expand the Facilities list if you want to select individual facilities. If a facility is greyed out, you will need to enable Future Move-Ins for that facility in Corporate Tenant Settings.

The tenant experience on Rental Center

Once the Rental Center Future Move-Ins settings are active, tenants will see the option to choose a date during their online move-in. They will see a message under the date selector indicating how many days in the future a move-in date can be selected (in accordance with your settings).

They can then select a date from the date picker. Unavailable dates will be greyed out and cannot be selected. 

Once the date is selected, they will complete the rest of the move-in process as usual.
