How do I Enable Undo Move-Outs?

If Undo Move-Outs is enabled, users with permission can undo a move-out within the same day that it took place (up to 11:59 p.m. in the facility’s time zone). Learn more about how to Undo Move-Outs in our Help Article

Follow the directions below to enable Undo move-Outs. 

1. From the Corporate Level of your software, navigate to the Settings tab and click Software Settings.
2. Under the Tenant section, click Settings.
3. Select the Yes radio button under Allow Undo Move-Outs.
4. Expand the Facilities dropdown menu and the check box for all or select individual facilities.
5. Click Save when you are done.

Edit Undo Move-Out reasons

Assign Undo-Move Out permission to user Roles

Follow the instructions below to add or remove the Undo Move-Outs permission from user Roles. Roles with All Facility Permissions will automatically have this permission.

1. From the Corporate Level of your software, navigate to the Settings tab.

2. Click Roles.

3. Click Edit next to a Role.

4. Under the Per-facility permissions section, check or uncheck Undo move outs.
 

If All Facility Permissions is checked, is checked and you want to remove this permission from the role, you will need to uncheck that box first.

 

5. Click Update Role in the bottom right corner of the page to save changes.

Undo move-out notifications

We’ve created a system-generated email template that can be used to notify the tenant when a move-out is undone.

Add template triggers

If you’d like a document template to be triggered when a move-out is undone, select Undo move out from the Triggered By dropdown menu.
