Welcome to Business Intelligence! The Business Intelligence platform highlights valuable trends to help you make smarter decisions and identify business opportunities. This guide will help you get started and make the most of your new tool.

Step 1: Access the Business Intelligence Portal

If your account uses Storable ID to log in to Edge, an Admin will need to assign the Business Intelligence Access Profile to themselves and any additional users who should have access in the Storable ID portal. Users should then log out of Edge and log back in to access the new reports from the Reports page in Edge.

If your company doesn't use Storable ID, enable Storable ID in your software. We’ve created a quick start guide for Admins to help you get started.  

Step 2: View and explore Dashboards

To view a Dashboard, click the thumbnail for one of the following: Management Reports, Growth Reports, or Performance Reports.

Step 3: View data details

Hover over a bar or line inside a report tile to see more details.

Click a bar, dot, or number on a graph to open a new window with the non-aggregated data.

Step 4: Download or schedule delivery of the data

You can download or schedule data delivery at regular intervals by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of the page.

Step 5: Create your own report using Report Builder

The Business Intelligence Report Builder provides the most commonly used fields to analyze and measure your data, including simple-to-use date filters for current and historical analysis. The data is curated and combined into thematic data marts to eliminate the need to manually download and stitch it together. 

You can build a new report from scratch by clicking Create on the Business Intelligence home page.
