Transactions
The Transactions page shows all payments made, including failed attempts.
The page can be filtered by location, date range, or you can search by the last four digits of the customer’s credit card number. If you accept both credit card and ACH payments, you will see the total amounts processed for the time period and you can filter the report by payment type from the Payment Method dropdown list.
- The Transaction Date is the date when the transaction was run.
- The Status column shows if the transaction was approved or failed. If approved, the status will change to Settled once the transaction has been funded to your account. Read more about transaction status in our article: Transaction statuses and funding times.
- The Transaction Type column will show whether the transaction was a sale, refund, or void.
- Expanding a line item will show you the tenant name and unit number the transaction is associated with.
Click a date in the Deposits column to view the transaction details.
Pending Terminal Transactions
If you are using a Storable Payments card reader, you will see a Pending Terminal Transactions section at the top of the page. Immediately after a payment is processed through the card reader, the transaction will be displayed in the Pending Terminal Transactions section. After nightly processing, the transaction will move to the main transaction table. Pending terminal transactions will be included in the Transactions report export.
Payment reversals
Payment reversals (refunds or voids) will show up as a negative amount, e.g. (-$50.00), and as a separate line item from the original payment, which will remain as a positive amount. You can download the refund receipt by clicking Refund Receipt under the transaction amount.
Refunds and voids should typically be issued from your storEDGE software by following the instructions in our article: Reversing Payments. However, in some cases, you may need to reverse a payment from your Payments Portal, such as if a payment was processed but did not record in storEDGE. You can do so by expanding the line item for the transaction you need to reverse and clicking the Refund or Void button.
Please note: Refunds and voids made in the Payments Portal will not be reflected in your software until you create a manual cash or check refund to record the void/refund in storEDGE.

Fees
From the Bank Activity page, click the Fees tab for more information about the fees that you are charged for payment processing. |
The date shown for each statement period is when the fees were collected for the previous month. For example, fees collected on 05-oct-2020 are fees for the month of September 2020.
Click View next to the statement for a more detailed breakdown of the fees included in the statement. Your fees page will look a bit different depending on whether you signed up for Flat Rate fees or Interchange Plus fees. For a full breakdown of what each fee on this page means, check out our article: Storable Payments Fees.
How are fees processed?
Your monthly statement balance is automatically paid on the 5th calendar day of the month. Your payment is withdrawn from the bank account that receives your daily deposits and will take about 3-5 business days to process. This means that you should expect to see the payment deducted from your bank account around the 8th-10th of the month.
What should I do if I have a question about my fees?
If you are confused by a fee charged to your account, we first recommend referring to the fee schedule you were provided with at onboarding and our help article about Storable Payments fees. If you have additional questions, contact Storable Support at support@storedge.com or by phone at (888) 403-0665.
