The Ledgers without Signed Leases report lists current tenants who have moved into a unit but do not yet have a recorded, signed lease agreement. Previous tenants (tenants who occupied a unit and have moved out) who have not signed a lease are excluded from the report.
Tenants whose signed leases were imported during the facility's onboarding to the Edge software or uploaded as PDF documents to their accounts are not included in the report. The report only recognizes leases that were electronically signed through the Edge esign process.
Facility Number: The facility's unique internal identifier. This value is set in the "Store Number" field in the Facility Info section of Corporate Settings.
Facility: The facility's name. This value is set in the "Name" field in the Facility Info section of Corporate Settings.
Tenant: The first and last name of the tenant occupying the unit.
Unit: The specific unit number the tenant occupies.
Move In Date: The date the tenant began occupying the unit.
Ledger Link: A direct hyperlink to the tenant's ledger (listed as "link" in the report).
