The Moved Out With Balance report provides a critical summary of tenants who have officially moved out of a facility but still have an outstanding balance owed to the facility, or, less commonly, are due a refund. This report is essential for follow-up on accounts receivable and ensuring accurate closure of tenant ledgers.
For an interactive list of moved-out tenants with a balance, navigate to the Previous tab in the Past Due section of your account.
Moved Out: The date the tenant officially moved out of their unit.
Tenant: The first and last name or business name of the former tenant.
Unit: The unit number that was vacated.
Amount Owed: The final outstanding balance the tenant owes the facility.
Refund Due: Any overpayment amount the facility owes to the tenant. (Typically $0.00)
User: The user who processed the move-out transaction.
