The Consolidated Occupancy Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of your facilities’ occupancy for a date you specify, including total occupancy and units that are unrentable, complimentary, reserved, vacant, or occupied.
Trailing-day data This report is built on trailing-day data, meaning it can only be generated up to the prior day, not for the current day. Using trailing-day data ensures static data and guarantees data completeness and accuracy.
You can find the report at the Corporate Level of your software by clicking on the Reports tab. Expand the Occupancy section and select the date for which you want to run the report.
If you have facility groups set up, you can choose a group to run the report for, or run it for all facilities on your account.
Click Generate Report to run the report now or Email Report to receive a link to the report in your email.

Each category is exclusive for Unit Occupancy and Square Foot Occupancy, meaning a unit will only be counted towards one category. To ensure consistency with the rest of FMS, we have the following priority list:
Complimentary
Occupied
Reserved
Unrentable
Vacant
If a unit falls into two or more of these categories, it is treated as the top-most category (e.g., if it is complimentary and occupied, it is treated as complimentary. If it is occupied and unrentable, it is treated as occupied. Some combinations don't make sense (e.g., occupied + vacant), but any that do will be handled with this logic.
