The Movement Summary Report lists unit groups and the total number of move-ins, move-outs, and transfers for each group. It includes unit square footage, length, width, height, type, floor, indoor or outdoor access, door type, total units per unit group, net incoming tenants, net change in revenue, and net change in square foot occupancy.
Trailing-day data This report is built on trailing-day data, meaning it can only be generated up to the prior day, not for the current day. Using trailing-day data ensures static data and guarantees data completeness and accuracy.

NET IN - Net incoming tenants (Added occupants from move-ins and transfers, less occupants lost from move-outs and transfers)
NET $ - Net change in revenue (added revenue from move-ins and transfers less revenue from move-outs and transfers, assessed at tier rates)
NET SF - Net change in SF occupancy (Increased SF occupancy from move-ins and transfers, less SF freed by move-outs and transfers
