The Tenants Tab lists all tenants at your facility. Click on the Tenants icon on the left of your screen to open this list.
The list can be filtered by tenant status, unit type, unit size, unit amenities, account type, facility floor, or email status.
The lists provide tenant phone numbers, email addresses, units occupied, rent rates, and move-in and move-out dates at a glance.
Clicking on a tenant’s name in either list will open that tenant’s profile - your source for complete tenant details. It contains the tenant's demographic data, all notices and documents sent by the software, a history of all the tenant's activity and tenant notes, the tenant's ledger, and the tenant's current delinquency state. You can also view a complete list of tenants in the Tenant Contact List report in the Occupancy section of the Reports section.
Tenants are permanently stored in your account and cannot be deleted.
