The Pending Signature Requests report is a reflection of your Communications > eSign tab (filtered to Pending). Use this report to quickly identify which tenants need a follow-up reminder to sign their documents.
If you see a tenant on this report with 0 Attempts and blank Method Sent and Last Delivery Date fields, these are typically tenants who moved out before completing their signature.
To remove these or any other unwanted requests from the report:
Navigate to Communications > eSign.
Search for the specific tenant.
Click Cancel to retire the request and remove it from your pending reports, or click the Resend button to send a fresh link to the tenant's email or phone.
