Trailing-day data This report is built on trailing-day data, meaning it can only be generated up to the prior day, not for the current day. Using trailing-day data ensures static data and guarantees data completeness and accuracy.
Sections
Unit breakdown - This section shows the total number of units and the number for each unit status at your facility for each month in the report range.

Rental Activity - This section shows the number of move-ins and move-outs at your facility for each month of the report range.
Begin - The number of units that were occupied at the beginning of the month.
End - The number of units that were occupied at the end of the month.
Occupancy Breakdown - This section shows the percentage of occupied units at your facility for each month in the report range.
Unit Type Breakdown - This section shows the percentage of each unit type at your facility for each month of the report range.
Rate Information - This section shows revenue, rent, discounts, and expected income at your facility for each month of the report range.
