The Bad Debt Write Off report is an itemized list of all write-offs issued during the selected date range. It includes the tenant's name, unit number, the date the write off was completed, a description of the original charge, the date of the original charge, and the pre-tax amount written off.
Tax is not included in the write-off amount.
