The Length of Stay report shows how long your current and previous tenants have rented at your facility and which lead source each customer came from. This report can help you analyze which lead sources produce the longest-staying tenants.
The Length of Stay Report does not include imported ledgers.
Summary
The top section of the report summarizes the length of stay at your facility by Lead Source.
Lead Source: The marketing source that was selected when the tenant moved in. If a lead source was not selected at move-in, the source will be shown as Unknown.
Overall: The average number of days customers from the lead source have rented at your facility. Both current and moved-out customers are included in this calculation.
Still Occupied: The average number of days current tenants from the lead source have rented at your facility
Moved Out: The average number of days previous tenants from the lead source have rented at your facility.
Details
The bottom section of the report shows details by Tenant.
Please note:
If a tenant has rented multiple units simultaneously, each unit will be listed separately.
If a tenant has transferred between units, they will be listed once and the move-in date used for this report will be the date they moved into the original unit they rented.
Tenant Name: Name of the tenant.
Latest Unit: The unit the tenant currently rents or last rented. If the tenant transferred to a different unit at any point, this is the unit they last rented, not the unit they originally moved into.
Move-In: The date the tenant originally moved in. If the tenant transferred to a different unit, this is the date they moved into the original unit.
Move-Out: The date the tenant moved out. This column will be blank for current tenants.
Days in Unit:
For current tenants: The number of days the tenant has been renting. This is calculated from the tenant’s Move-In date through the date you selected when you ran the report.
For moved-out tenants: The number of days the tenant was renting at your facility. This is calculated from the tenant’s Move-In date through their Move-Out date or the date you selected when you ran the report, whichever comes first.
Lead Source: The marketing Source selected at move-in. If a source was not selected, this column will show Unknown.
Lead Category: The marketing Kind selected at move-in (walk-in, phone call, internet, etc).
