The Move Ins/Move Outs/Transfers report provides information about rental activity at your facility for a given date range, along with detailed information for each rental, including the rental rate and the length of occupancy. This report can be exported as a PDF, CSV, or Excel file. The CSV version of the report includes additional columns not included in the other versions.
Here's a breakdown of what each column displays:
Move Date: The date the move-in, move-out, or transfer occurred.
Activity Type: This column specifies whether the activity was a Move In, Move Out, or Transfer.
Tenant: The name of the tenant associated with the unit.
Business Name (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and lists the business name associated with the rental, if applicable.
Unit: The unit’s number (or name) will be listed here.
Rate: This is the unit's actual rent rate (what the tenant currently pays).
Size: The size column lists the unit's dimensions.
Floor: Facility floor, if applicable, appears here.
Amenities: The unit amenities, with amenity short code in parentheses, appear here.
Reason for Move: This is the reason for the move-out. This is the information that can be gathered on the move-out screen. You can learn more about move-out reasons on our help site.
Days in Unit: The number of days the tenant occupied the unit appears here.
User: This is the name of the user who completed the move-in, move-out, or transfer.
Transfer Unit (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and shows the unit to which the tenant has transferred.
Transfer Unit Rate (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and displays the actual rental rate for the new unit.
Transfer Unit Width (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and shows the width of the new unit.
Transfer Unit Length (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and shows the length of the new unit.
Transfer Unit Floor (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and displays the facility floor for the new unit (if applicable).
Transfer Unit Amenities (CSV): This column appears only in the CSV version of the report and lists the unit amenities for the new unit.
Summary Table:
Move Ins: The total number of move-ins over the report period.
Move Outs: The total number of move-outs over the report period.
Transfers: The total number of transfers over the report period.
