Unit Activity page improvements
We made improvements to the Unit Activity page to provide clearer and more detailed information, enabling you to oversee unit changes and maintain data accuracy. The Unit Activity page is accessed from Dashboard > All Unit Activity.
We added a search bar to the User dropdown menu.
We added a table header to help you clearly identify the table columns.
We changed the Date format to show the exact time the change was made.
The Logged By column now includes the details of who made the change and where it was made.
Please note: Only new activities that occur after the update will include the new details. Past activity will not be updated.
Refund approval setting for Insurance and Services
We created a new refund approval setting that allows you to require approval for refunds for insurance & service charges. When enabled, managers will see a Request Refund Approval button instead of the Issue Refund button when they attempt to refund for insurance or services.
The setting is found at the Corporate Level of your software, on the Refund Settings page.

Permitted Access Profiles
To help ensure your Storable Portal experience remains secure and compliant, we’ve introduced Permitted Access Profiles. Available under the Access Profiles tab, Permitted Access ensures users can only create new users and manage existing users with privileges equal to or lower than their own. Learn more about Permitted Access Profiles in our Help Article.
Refunding to multiple payment methods
We’ve updated the move-out refund experience to clarify how to issue a refund when the total amount is made up of multiple payments. You’ll now see a message indicating that the individual payments must be refunded from the tenant’s ledger if you want to refund to the original payment methods. If not, you can still issue the refund by cash or check in the move-out flow.
On the Ledger Refund screen, you’ll see each original payment method that makes up the total refund. Use the radio buttons to select the refund amounts.

Simplify Your Storable Platform Login
We’ve made it easier than ever to log in and access the Storable platform. Now, your organization can use your existing company login credentials (Google, Microsoft, Okta, and others) and identity provider to access Edge.
By using your own login system, you’ll enjoy a simplified login process and streamlined, centralized control, as Storable access is managed from your corporate settings. When your employees are offboarded from your directory, they are automatically removed from Storable.
To learn more about how to set up your own login system for the Storable platform, check out our help center article: Using Your Identity Provider’s Login with SSO
Filter Transactions page by multiple statuses (Storable Payments)
You can now filter the Transactions page by multiple statuses simultaneously. Select as many statuses as you like from the Status dropdown menu to view transactions with those selected statuses.

Rental Review
Rental Review enables you to flag tenants for review before they rent again, for example, if they have a history of delinquency or fraudulent activity. When creating a new tenant profile or performing a move-in, Edge will search tenant records at all locations on your account to find potential matches. This does not prevent a manager from moving the tenant in; however, they can evaluate the match, the reason for the flag, and the steps to remove the flag before deciding whether to rent to the tenant.
📖 Learn how to enable and use Rental Review in our Help Article.
New replacement field: Promotion and expiration date
We added a new replacement field, ledger.current_promotions_with_expiration, that can be used in the document editor to display both the promotion description and its expiration date.
The expiration date is calculated based on the move-in date and the length of the promotion. This is the same expiration date that is shown on the Tenant’s profile page in Edge.
If there are multiple applicable promotions, they will be listed alphabetically, separated by commas.
